This agreement is made between Dawn Piecuch, Hixton Wisconsin, (Seller) and
____________________________________ (Buyer), for the purpose of purchasing a
purebred Miniature Schnauzer puppy from the litter whelped on _____________.
For the sum of $___________, the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase
a __ female __ male puppy from the litter described above, subject to the following terms:

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to hold a puppy.    A personal check
will be accepted for deposit only.    Final payment must be made in cash at the time the
puppy is picked up.

1. Seller warrants that the above described puppy is a purebred miniature schnauzer
and can be registered with the AKC at the discretion and cost of the buyer.    The registration
papers have__ have not__ been provided to the Buyer as of the date of the completed purchase.

2. Seller warrants that the above described puppy is in good health at the time Buyer
assumes ownership.    There is a one year genetic guarantee.    Buyer agrees to have the puppy
examined by a licensed Veterinarian within five working days (not including holidays) of
the receipt of the puppy.    Failure to do so voids this guarantee.    If puppy is due for
boosters, worming or anything else within the guarantee period, the buyer must have them
done on time and proof will be required in case of any problems.

3. Puppy is in no way guaranteed to be a good breeder in the future.    That is a risk
that the buyer assumes.    Puppy is not guaranteed to be an exact color, or have a
specific personality.

4. Puppy must be picked up by the buyer at eight weeks of age unless other agreements
were made.    If not picked up on time there will be a boarding fee of $12.00 a day
added to the final cost of puppy.

5. If buyer cannot keep puppy for any reason during its lifetime, Seller has the first
option to buy the puppy/dog back at 1/2 of the purchase price.    This is to keep the
puppy/dog out of rescues, puppy mills, humane societies, and dog pounds.

6. Buyer agrees that the puppy shall reside at the home of the buyer, have access to a
fenced yard or safe area, not to be chained or tethered and will be provided with
proper housing, a good quality diet, annual shots and exercise.    These babies need
love, patience and understanding.    Potty training using a crate method is much easier
on you and the puppy.   Remember, they are babies, they will cry when they are lonely,
especially when you first get them.    If you need help or have questions, please

This agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well-being and protection
of said puppy.   If the Buyer breaches any part of this agreement, the seller is released
from any obligations under this agreement.
